This ability VI is called when doing a save for previous on the xnode's containing VI. It is called after the SaveForPrevious governing VI is run, and allows you to specify a previous state/version cluster for your xnode when saved for 8.0. You may use the XRef to play with any xnode linker references. However, you should not muck with the xnode's containing VI through this reference.

Default behavior: None.

This ability does not provide UI and OS messages are not handled.
